By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing from Magnet Fever at an in-person event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase.
1. Custom Orders & Customer Responsibility
Magnet Fever creates custom photo magnets, photo puzzle magnets, magnetic business cards, and other personalized products.
You are responsible for reviewing all information you submit, including photos, names, dates, personalization details, product selections, quantities, and shipping information.
Magnet Fever is not responsible for errors that originate from information or images submitted or approved by the customer.
For best results, customers should submit clear, high-quality images. Some cropping, resizing, or repositioning may be necessary to fit the selected product. Print quality issues caused by low-resolution or poor-quality customer-submitted images are not considered product defects.
If a proof is provided, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully before approval. Customer-approved errors may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
2. Photo Rights & Submitted Content
By submitting a photo, image, logo, artwork, or other content to Magnet Fever, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.
You also confirm that you have appropriate permission to use images of identifiable individuals, including minors when applicable.
You grant Magnet Fever LLC a limited license to use submitted content solely as necessary to create and fulfill your order. We do not claim ownership of customer-submitted photographs.
Do not submit copyrighted photographs, professional studio images, school portraits, celebrity images, logos, artwork, or other protected material unless you have permission to reproduce them.
Magnet Fever reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders containing content that we reasonably believe is illegal, infringing, abusive, hateful, explicit, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
3. Production & Cancellations
Because our products are personalized and made to order, production may begin shortly after we receive all required photos, personalization details, and payment.
Cancellation requests are accepted only before production begins.
Once production has begun, personalized orders cannot be canceled for a change of mind.
In-person event sales are final at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Shipping rates, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking procedures, and policies regarding delayed, lost, or missing packages are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless Magnet Fever expressly provides a guaranteed deadline in writing.
5. Payments & Pricing
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and other costs will be disclosed before checkout is completed.
Magnet Fever reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors and may cancel or refund an affected order when appropriate.
We may also refuse or cancel transactions reasonably suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
6. Customer Photos, Reviews & Marketing
Purchasing from Magnet Fever does not automatically give us permission to use your personal photographs in advertising, social media, or other promotional materials.
We will not intentionally use customer-submitted personal photos for marketing without appropriate permission.
If you voluntarily submit a written review or testimonial, you give Magnet Fever permission to display that review for legitimate business and promotional purposes.
7. Magnet Fever Intellectual Property
Magnet Fever's original logos, branding, graphics, website content, marketing materials, templates, and original designs are owned by or licensed to Magnet Fever LLC.
They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or commercially used without authorization.
Nothing in these Terms gives Magnet Fever ownership of customer-submitted photographs or other customer-owned intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Magnet Fever LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability relating to an individual order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims resulting from content you submit without the necessary rights or permissions, your unlawful use of our services, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If you have a concern regarding an order or service, please contact Magnet Fever first so we have an opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the issue.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
