Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we encourage you to contact us immediately at hello@magnetfever.com. We genuinely want to make it right and will always review your concern fairly. That said, because every product is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to issue
refunds or replacements for situations that are within the customer’s control.
1. All Sales Final
Non-Refundable Situations
Custom photo magnets are final sale. We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Change of mind after an order is placed
• Spelling, date, name, or detail errors submitted by the customer
• Incorrect photos, profile information, or any other details submitted by the customer
• Poor print quality caused by a low-quality uploaded image
• Cropping caused by the photo’s original size, shape, or composition, or resulting from how the customer framed or submitted the image
• Color differences between on-screen display and final print
• Wrong package or product option selected by the customer
• Failure to review submitted details before ordering
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will respond within 5–7 business days and, depending on the issue, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before production has begun. Because production typically begins within 1 business day of receiving all required photos, details, and payment, cancellation requests must be submitted immediately at hello@magnetfever.com with your order number. Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued. In-person event sales are final at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or undelivered due to carrier error, incorrect addresses, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.
5. Color & Print Variation
Minor variations in color, brightness, texture, and finish between your screen and the final printed product are normal and are not considered defects. These variations are not eligible for refund or replacement.
6. Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute arising from your order or use of our services — whether made online or at an in-person event — shall be submitted first to Magnet Fever LLC in writing at hello@magnetfever.com for informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of South Carolina. You consent to jurisdiction and venue in South Carolina.
